The start.physio team reached out to us looking for a redesign of their website that would make it more modern and have an intuitive look and feel. The redesign should have a strong emphasis on usability, ensuring their healthcare services are accessible to all.

Our first step with the start.physio redesign consisted of creating a custom design system that would be the base for the entire website.

Homepage

A hub where healthcare is accessible to all

After building the design system, our team was able to start designing by creating the main healthcare hub of start.physio: the homepage. Here, users can immediately book their appointment at the top of the page or scroll down to see the list of practices. They can also learn more about start.physio’s services and their team, and read success stories from other clients.

All start.physio practices now have a dedicated page where their information, such as contacts and team, are available for all potential visitors. In this page, our team focused on clarity and simplicity, so the information could be accessible to all.

Our team understands how important the booking process should be for all start.physio visitors, especially when they could be in pain. With this in mind, we ensured that requesting an appointment would be easy and quick with the necessary form available in all the website's pages.
